It's been a morning of a game called 'lock the cat out'. The floorboards on the ground floor have been sanded down, layers of varnish applied and I have been denied access. What's wrong with a paw mark here and there? Good grief in Los Angeles you get on TV for dipping a paw in wet cement! Eventually I was allowed access to the hallway and back to my sanctuary - behind the television in the living room. Great spot cos the other two can't find me!
Incidentally the rug that once covered the floorboards in the hallway has been relegated to the loft - they've decided it looks brighter without any covering (I think it's because it's easier to hoover my hairs up and it's one less shredding place for me and the other two).
